Our Environmental Liberal Arts curriculum reflects the interaction and interconnectedness of our human and natural resources. Learning here does not occur in an ivory-towered vacuum. Our labs and classrooms are the wetlands, beaches, woodlands, and waters of Downeast Maine.
Every year a group of bright young women and men discover that the Machias community is a place unlike others, a place in the world where they fit in.
