UMM operates a bookstore on campus for the convenience of students, faculty, staff and area residents. The Murdock Bookstore is a component of the Center for Lifelong Learning and adjoins the swimming complex.
The bookstore is named in memory of George Simpson Murdock, whose family came from nearby Cutler. George and his wife Marilyn were active members of the capital campaign team and instrumental in its success and the realization of the Center for Lifelong Learning.
The bookstore and its operation is under the direction of Oliver "Terry" Pratt. 255-1232, oliver.pratt@maine.edu.
