Case Manager
Down East AIDS Network seeks a Case Manager to provide direct support to People Living with HIV/AIDS and their families. This position is based out of Down East AIDS Network's Ellsworth office. The case manager requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse and underserved population alongside a small and integrated staff. The Case Manager requires good computer skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to navigate complex social welfare systems. A bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or Human Development is required with 2 years of relevant experience and/or LCSW preferred.
