Student Life
Residence Life is looking to hire a Summer Conference Assistant to help out with the conference groups that stay in the residence halls. Applications received by April 18 will be given priority.
The Student Center is looking for an Assistant Manager to start the Fall 2011 semester.
The student Center & Student Senate are looking for an Office Manager/Secretary to assist with program promotion, office organization and other related duties.
WUMM is hiring an Assistant Manager to assist the Manager and Associate Director of Student Life in overall station operation. Applications received April 18 will be given priority.

Athletics

Science Department
Chemistry Lab Assistants ~ Students need to have successfully completed General Chemistry. Duties include setting up demonstrations and experiments, cleaning and doing inventory. Contact Shallee Page x1288 or WIlliam Otto x1345.
Lab Assistant ~ Federal work-study qualified person to help care for animals in the Zoology lab, prep and take down Zoology labs each week, assist with setting up Genetics lab each week, and other duties. 10 hours per week. We'd prefer someone who has already taken Genetics, Microbiology, or Cell Biology, but we are willing to train someone without that background if necessary. Library
Library Clerks and Student Library Managers - Check materials in and out, shelve returned items, greet patrons and provide general information, conduct inventory, prepare library materials for shelving, shift collections, and perform other related duties. Student managers also responsible for opening and closing the library. Students must have Federal work study. Contact Angelynn King (ext. 1254) or Jeannie Vose (ext. 1234). Behavioral Science and Community Studies (BEH/CYM)
Looking for a student worker to help us develop our Service Learning/Community Engagement (SL/CE) content on our program website and paperwork. This position will include working with program faculty on design and content of the pages, collecting pictures and material from selected community partners, and providing student perspective and input on the material. The position pays $10 an hour for up to 25 hours of work over the academic year. Webpage experience would be helpful, but not required. Program Aide - Will act as a receptionist, enter data using PeopleSoft and ImageNow programs, will answer telephones, assist with filing and perform other related duties. Federal work study eligibility is preferred but is not required. Contact Susan Tinker at ext. 1318.
Distance Education
Program Aide - Will answer telephones, assist students to view and/or sign out tapes from ITV classes, be able to use word processing and spreadsheet programs compatible with Microsoft Word and Excel, do light cleaning, proctoring exams, filing, and various miscellaneous duties. Education Department

Administrative Assistant: Special Education ~ Seeking a student worker to assist with grant-related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and strong verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently is a must. Duties include, but are not limited to, data collection and database management; website maintenance; and compilation of electronic bulletins. Federal work study eligibility is required. The Art Gallery
Gallery Monitors. Duties include overseeing the exhibitions when the galleries are open to the public, and assisting in the installation of shows. Must qualify for student work study. Contact Bernie Vinzani at x1279.
GIS Lab and Service Center (Torrey 223)
