Guidelines

The committee shall meet at least thrice during each fall and spring semester.  Additional meetings shall be called as deemed necessary by the president or a majority of the voting membership.

The President's Office shall be responsible for scheduling meetings, building agendas and distributing them in advance, and maintaining all records and correspondence of the committee, as well as ensuring that accurate minutes are maintained of all meetings and actions of the committee.
