Mail

The mail is delivered to the residence halls between 3p.m. - 5p.m. on Monday - Friday and should be sorted in student mailboxes by 7p.m.  If you have a package or piece of mail that does not fit in your student mail box,  you will be given a package slip that you can use to claim your package.  Packages can be claimed by going to an RA, the RD or waiting until 7:00p.m. when the Front Desk opens.  To claim a package you will need to have your package slip and an ID. 

Students are issued a mail box key at the beginning of the year to gain access to their mail box.  If a student loses their key or fails to turn the key in at the end of the year, there will be a $5.00 key replacement fee.  It is important for students to keep up with their keys because the RAs and the Front Desk Workers are not allowed to check if students have mail. 

All outgoing mail needs to be taken to the post office or to the blue mail box at the front of campus near Powers Hall.
