Student Success Office

Welcome to the Student Success Webpage!

The Student Success Office is one of the many resources which exist to help our students be successful and achieve their goals at the University of Maine at Machias. This office provides assistance with a wide range of academic issues and concerns, from college transition programming and freshman advising to help with time management and note taking. Essentially, if you are having difficulty and would like some help, give me a call or send me an e-mail and I will work with you to find strategies to help.

I do put special emphasis on outreach to students who find themselves in academic jeopardy. I make a special effort to contact students who are on academic probation or who are identified by professors as having difficulties in a number of classes so that a meeting can be arranged as soon as possible.

Below are a variety of resources which we wanted to make available to our students online. You are encouraged to browse through the links and to take advantage of these resources. However, if you have any trouble accessing the information, or if you would simply prefer to meet one on one to discuss your situation, I am available to help.
